The Sixth class boys spent the day today at a soccer blitz in Terence McSwiney school.  Mr Keane’s ‘dream team’ made it all the way to the final!!!  The boys played fantastic matches throughout the day to reach the final and scored some magnificent goals en route to their final encounter with Sunday’s Well.

The final was very close with both teams being held score-less until the very last minute when Sunday’s Well managed to score a goal.  The final result was a 1-0 victory to Sunday’s Well.

Congratulations to Sunday’s Well in their win!  And fair play to our own team for playing so well all day!  They can definitely walk around with their heads held high!
