On Monday, 26th June, we celebrated Noel’s retirement.  Pupils, staff – past and present, members of the Board of Management and the Parent’s Association all gathered in the hall to welcome Noel and his family for the special occasion.  Noel has a very long association with Rathpeacon – he started here in Junior Infants in 1949 and is retiring in June this year.

We will miss him next September but we want to wish him all the best in his retirement!  We hope he will call in from time to time to relax in the newly renamed ‘Noel’s Garden’ with it’s special “Lig do Scíth” bench.
