Fit4Feb was brought to an end today at the official closing ceremony.  Mr Duggan led proceedings and presented the final “Fit4Feb” certificates of 2015.  Then Mr O’Sullivan led our Dance-a-thon….have a look at us all taking turns on stage.

Well done to everyone for making a super effort to make healthy choices with food and to excercise regularly during February.  Now we just have to keep it up every month!
