We had a real treat in store for us this morning as some of our present and past pupils put on an incredible display of their Taekwondo skills.  Their teacher Alan Walsh brought them into the hall early this morning and they showed us some drills, patterns, sparring and kicks.  The skill and discipline they all showed was really impressive.

One of our pupils and a member of the Rathpeacon Taekwondo Club – Shakila – was awarded the top prize for her category in Cork.  What a great achievement!  Congratulations to Shakila and to all the members of the club who gave us a chance to see another sport in action today.  A wonderful start to Fit4Feb19
