Today – 1st February – we celebrated St. Brigid’s Day. We had a special assembly and prayer service in honour of one of Ireland’s patron saints. St. Brigid’s Day marks the start of spring so we are on the lookout for signs of spring around our school.
Every class learned about St. Brigid’s life and ministry. Some of the children in Fifth and Sixth class made St. Brigid’s crosses.
