Congratulations to Shakila who recently received the “Junior Female Competitor of the Year” award for Taekwondo.  She has been training since she was 3 and a half and has amassed 75 medals since she began competing in 2013!

Shakila and the other members of a Rathpeacon TKD put on an amazing display of their skills at our Assembly this morning.  Have a look under the “Fit4Feb19” tab to see more photos of them in action.

Thanks to their taekwondo teacher Alan Walsh for organising the display – they were a real credit to him.
